What's new
This is a list of things that exist now, not a changelog. It carries no dates on purpose, because a date we cannot stand behind would be worse than none.
Working with the AI
- Partial approval: tick only the commands you want on an approval card, and the AI is told which were skipped.
- Restart timing: a restart approval lets you choose a maintenance window or a time of your own.
- Autosend: schedule a chat message for later, in your own time zone, or ask the AI to propose one.
- Undo this step: reverse registry, service, file-deletion and DNS changes on Windows machines.
- Did this help? thumbs on a finished session, feeding a section of the Performance page.
- Handed off as a session state, so a ticket a technician has taken over no longer counts as waiting on them.
Setting up and running
- One installer for macOS and Linux, with no runtime and no PowerShell needed on a Mac.
- Agents that update themselves once a night, with a catch-up after the service starts.
- Autosight: finds recurring problems in your ticket history and drafts an instruction for them.
- Mappings that RemediateDesk suggests are marked for you to confirm rather than accepted silently.
Security and accounts
- Mandatory multi-factor authentication for every user, with passkeys as an alternative.
- A People view in the audit log recording what each person did.
- Protected file types, which the AI is never allowed to open.
- A per-organisation limit on repeated fix attempts, with a notice and a reset when it is reached.
