Settings
Settings is short on purpose. Most configuration lives next to the feature it affects.
What is on the page
My account, Organization, Sign-in methods, Sign in with Microsoft.
- My account: your name and the email you sign in with.
- Organization: the company name. Only an Administrator can change it, and the deletion of the whole account is here too.
- Sign-in methods: your authenticator app and your passkeys. The security pages cover how they work.
- Sign in with Microsoft: lets people from your Microsoft tenant sign in without a separate password. An Administrator controls whether a person from your tenant who was not invited may join.
Where the rest lives
Approval limits and the never-allowed list are on Security. Connections are on Apps. People are on Users. The record of what has been done is Audit Log. A links panel at the bottom of Settings points to each so you do not have to remember.
The Appearance switch in the account menu changes the app between light and dark and is remembered on your device.
