Where your data lives and for how long
Each kind of data has a lifetime and is deleted automatically when it ends. The periods below are enforced in the system, and the privacy policy holds the complete table.
What is kept, and for how long
These are the periods that matter most to a customer. The privacy policy lists every category and is the authoritative version; if it changes, this page follows it.
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Conversations, commands and their output | 90 days |
| Session outcome records | 90 days |
| Machine health history | 30 days |
| The record of what each person did | 13 months |
| Session feedback (thumbs, stars and notes) | 13 months |
| Alerts raised by a machine | 30 days |
| Operational logs | 7 days |
| Database backups | 35 days |
A conversation's working memory is shorter than its transcript: it lapses a few hours after the last activity, or is held for up to a week while a command waits for approval.
Credentials
Integration credentials for Autotask, ConnectWise and Microsoft are kept in a secrets vault, one secret per organisation, and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or close the account. The application database holds only a reference and a connection status.
Each machine connects with its own device certificate, so one machine's connection cannot be used to impersonate another. Deleting a machine revokes its certificate.
Deleting data
Deleting a machine or closing the account removes the active records straight away. Time-limited items then age out of backups on the backup schedule. For a request the dashboard does not cover, use the contact in the privacy policy.
