Notifications
The bell is a to-do list, not a log. If it is empty, nothing is waiting on you.
What appears here
The tabs are All, Approvals, Sign-ins, Unmapped, Check mappings. The Sign-ins tab shows only when something is waiting on one.
| Tab | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Approvals | Steps proposed by the AI that are waiting for a yes or no. |
| Sign-ins | A machine that is waiting for someone to sign in, so a command can run as that user. |
| Unmapped | Machines that are not linked to any ticket asset, so tickets cannot route to them. |
| Check mappings | Mappings that look wrong: several assets on one machine, or an asset that belongs to another company. |
The number on the bell adds these together, so one glance tells you whether to open it.
Acting on an item
Each entry opens the place where you fix it: the approval itself, the machine's chat, or the Mappings tab of the Autotask connection. An approval you decide here is the same approval you would decide on the Dashboard.
